You have to score exactly 6. This can be done.

This is a bit of a cheat but it's the only way I can do it.
With one red left on the table your opponent makes a foul and leaves you snookered on that red.
You nominate yellow as free ball and pot it whilst also knocking the red in at the same time. (counts 2 reds 2 points).
You then nominate yellow as the colour (another 2 points)
Then with no reds left you start on the colours and pot the yellow (another 2 points).

You are snookered on the final red so nominate the yellow as a free ball. You pot the yellow and also the red in the same shot = 2 points. You then pot the yellow as your nominated ball. = further 2 points. You then pot the yellow as the ball you are now on, as no reds remain. = 2 more points. Total for break, 6 points, 3 yellows legally potted in 3 shots.

No reds on table You have a free ball & nominate the yellow, 2 points. The ball just potted acts as a red so you again pot the yellow, 2 points. Yellow is the next ball 2 points. 3 shots = 6 points.

its impossible, if you do put the red and yellow in one shot its a foul!! you cant get 3 in a row its impossible, you can only get 2. your views of getting the free ball when there is a red left on the table is wrong you can nominate the yellow, pot it, the get the yellow in again but then you have to go for the red that is remaining on the table, it is impossible getting 3 yellows on the run scoring 3 points!!!!! and i know that

It can be done! last red your snookered on after a foul, choose yellow as free ball, pot this and also pot the red (which was over the next bag) then chose yellow as the colour, re-spot yellow and pot in again! Bingo! Well.........snooker

you are left with a free ball on the last red, you play the yellow as your free ball, onto the red potting them both. You then nominate the yellow as your next colour, which then gets re-spotted, subsequently potting the yellow off its spot = 6points !!

on a freeball you nominate yellow and combi both yellow and the last red.(perfectly legal). thats one. then yellow comes up...you nominate yellow nd pot it. thats two. now you start from yellow to clear the colours.thats three.
